What shipping methods do you use?
We currently only ship via UPS to help keep costs low. We may be able to make other arrangements for you if needed. Please contact us before ordering.
What will the charge be for shipping and handling?
This will be calculated based on your zip code at checkout. You will see the cost before payment is processed and checkout is complete.
What locations will you ship to?
We will ship your order anywhere in the United States. Because of the nature of many of the products we sell, and the export restrictions placed on them, we will not ship orders out of the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How soon will my order ship?
Many orders ship in 2 to 3 business days. All of our items have an estimated shipping time listed in the right hand column next to the price. Some items may be drop shipped from the manufacturer at our discretion. If you have questions or need a product ASAP please contact us before ordering.

What if one or more of my items are out of stock?
We work really hard to make sure that the products we sell stay in stock. However we can't guarantee that every variation of a product is in stock (color, size, etc). If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you via the email you used when placing your order and give you the expected arrival time of that product.
Will I get a tracking number?
We will update your order status with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Why is my tracking number not showing up?
Tracking numbers are often generated during the order fulfillment process and may be created before the item has left our warehouse. It may take up to 24 hours for the number to show in the UPS System. If you still can't track your shipment after 24 hours, please feel free to contact us.
What is your return policy?
Mistakes happen. If you've ordered the wrong color, size, or item we will gladly make an exchange or refund. Please be aware of the following:
- The item must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, and undamaged
- The item must be in its original packaging and contain the complete contents of the original package.
- You are responsible for return shipping
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to your refund or exchange credit
- You must contact us with-in 7 days of receiving the order. We will instruct you how to return the item.
- Custom order items are not illegible for return unless defective
- Items shipped without an RMA will not be processed or returned!
If the product you have ordered is damaged or we have mistakenly shipped you the wrong item we will make it right!
