We'll admit it, we like 5.11 stuff a lot and these new t-shirts from them are no exception. Their new designs range from cool, to patriotic, to just plain silly. You don't have to be a Navy Seal or a member of SWAT to wear these and that's one of the things that we like best about them. They also have four new designs just for the ladies! They are all just $16.99 and most designs and sizes are ready to ship. You can view all of the designs here.
Take a minute and visit our facebook page, comment on our T-Shirt post, and you could win your favorite!
We've been talking a lot lately about the Axixtech WLE-6B076-00, 4800 lumen work light. Yes, you read that right 4800 lumens! What makes them so exciting isn't just their brightness but also their durability. We were so impressed by their build quality that we decided to run them over as a test. You can see the results below.
If you'd like to get a set for yourself we want to help! We're running a special right now to help make them a little bit more affordable. Put two in your cart and use the coupon code "BAD4MOGWAI" at checkout!
Wow do we have a lot of news for you today and it's all about Feniex. Their hotly anticipated T6 & Cobra lines are now available. The T6 is nearly the same as the former T4 and Python series lights only the new modules include 6 diode LED heads instead of the 4 diode heads. Here's a list of the refreshed items & pricings:

Also worth noting is that the Avatar Full Size Lightbar has come down in price, a lot! The Avatar is now $1000 for the 37", $1150 for the 47" and $1200 for the 57". And to wrap things up Feniex has discontinued a few of the replaced items but are still offering them for a short period of time. Because they are discontinued we can offer them to you at a huge savings. They will be brand, built when you order, and will be backed by the full 5 year warranty. They won't last long so order soon!
We're always excited by new products here at Core Public Safety and we were really excited when we heard about the MS26BS from Axixtech. In case you're not familiar with the MS line, they are surface mount LED lights that are fairly short and super thin making them great for a variety of installations. Not to mention the fact that their aluminum housing makes them rugged. They are great for mounting in your grill, license plate, pushbar, even on your rear deck.
Both the MS3 and the MS6 are incredible bright so imagine our surprise when we heard Axixtech took the MS6 and basically layered another one directly underneath of it. Yup, that's 12 diodes of warning power in one housing. And if that sounds like too much power all at once (and trust us, it can be) you can get them in split colors and come up with some pretty creative split flash patterns to get attention. The best news of all is the price, which we just dropped to $104 per unit making them a very affordable way to be seen. We've also got a full assortment of brackets available for just about any installation you can dream up so head on over to our store.
We are more than a little OCD when it comes to our website. We're always tweaking it, re-arranging things, and trying to make the experience better for our customers. We've made a few changes this weekend that we hope that you'll like.
This is a big one! The way our webstore was originally set up you could pay either through Paypal or use your credit card through Paypal. Not everyone has a Paypal account and while you could use your credit card without a Paypal account it was very cumbersome and sort of confusing. Not to mention the process took you away from our website making it even more confusing! Well no more! Now you can use your credit card when you check out and directly enter your information. It's quick and it's simple.
Credit cards aren't the only way to pay though. We still allow payments through Paypal including BillMeLater. We also have special instructions for purchase orders, business checks, as well as phone orders. More methods of payment mean more convenience for you!
There are two pieces of information we get asked about a lot. Where does a product come from and what is the warranty? We've now put the information higher up on the page, to the right of the product photo. Now you can easily see the manufacturers warranty as well as the country of origin.
One of the last changes we've made my not sound very exciting but it will save you money. We've gone through our entire product catalog and audited the shipping information for each one of our products. Most of our products were just as the should be but there were a fair number that were off by a few pounds and that can add up quickly especially on a multiple item order. Let's face it, shipping is expensive enough already!
That's really all for today. This blog post isn't as exciting as new product announcement but we hope you enjoy the changes we've made!
Have you been in the market for some new work lights? Do you want to see what you're working, like REALLY see? Check out the all new (and very handsomely named) Axixtech WLE-6B076-00 LED Work Light. Packed with six high power diodes, it produces a migraine inducing 4800 lumens of light. That's bright, really really bright. If that sounds like too much we also have it's little brother, the WLD-6B074-00. It's four high power diodes produce a paltry 3200 lumens (this sentence is full of sarcasm, just so you know. 3200 lumens is still a lot of light!). They are a little on the pricey side but when you consider the amount of light you're getting for your dollar it really is an incredible value!
We've got some bad news and some good news to pass along to you today. Feniex Industries is officially discontinuing their T4 LED lighthead. This will immediately effect the availability of the T4 as well as the 1X Dashlight, 2X Dashlight, Python 200, and Python 400. The good news is that the T4 is being replaced by a new 6 diode module called the T6 which will be available soon. The T6 will be used in the new Cobra series of lights (which will replace the Python series).
If you an existing customer with T4's or products using the T4 module you don't have to worry. Feniex will still be making small quantities of T4's for replacement and warranty issues. Stay tuned; we'll announce more information about the T6 including pricing and availability soon.
